Cleaning Fee Policy

$300 Cleaning Fee for 5-Bedroom Vacation Rental

A standard cleaning fee of $300 is required for our 5-bedroom vacation rental. This fee ensures that the property is thoroughly cleaned and maintained for all guests.

Additional Guest Fee

For parties exceeding six guests, an additional fee of $25 per person will be applied. This additional fee helps cover the increased costs associated with cleaning and maintaining the property for larger groups.

Disclosure Requirement

Guests must disclose the total number of occupants at the time of booking. Failure to accurately disclose the number of guests staying at the property will result in the forfeiture of the entire $300 cleaning fee. This policy ensures compliance with our guest limit and allows us to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests.
